My name is Gina

My journey toward wellness began when I discovered I was in renal failure, leading to a kidney transplant nearly 30 years ago. This experience motivated me to prioritize my health to honor the gift of my donated kidney. Since then, I have gained extensive knowledge and education on healthy and holistic stress management techniques tailored for busy professionals. I understand the unique challenges of balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, and personal well-being, and I'm here to help you find effective strategies to reduce stress and enhance your overall quality of life.

Reiki is a healing energy that works on subtle body, helping to break up blockages and circulate Prana (vitality). It is a universal and unlimited supply of energy that is all around us.
Yin yoga is a slower form of yoga. Poses are held 3-5 minutes. Because of the longer holds, you are working the deep connective tissues and allowing for focused attention on your body.
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts used for a variety of purposes, including aromatherapy, skincare, and natural remedies that support relaxation, stress and pain relief.

Despite what you may have been told, you know your body better than anyone and you can heal yourself, naturally.

As soon as I experienced my first yin yoga class, I was hooked and knew deeply that this was the form of yoga I wanted to teach. I love that it is a slow and meditative form of yoga that allows for greater awareness and attention to what's happening within. By incorporating meditation and Reiki into yin yoga, you can help the body shift into a parasympathetic state, promoting relaxation and enabling the body to rest and digest, which is often difficult to achieve in our fast-paced lives.

 In addition to yin yoga, I incorporate doTERRA essential oils into my holistic approach to wellness. I trust doTERRA's essential oils because they are of the highest quality, purity and effectiveness.
